Reiki I Class

Time:  9:00am-3:00 pm

Cost:  $100.00 per person

Continental breakfast and lunch are provided.

All books and materials will also be provided and are included in the cost of the class. At the completion of this class, participants will be certified to practice Reiki at the first degree level. Healthy Eating Workshop Series

Date: Condensed series of 4, 1-hour sessions begins on September 26, 2012 and runs through November 14, 2012.

Time:  Select Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-7:30pm

Cost: Special introductory rate is $75 per person for the series

Eating well plays a critical role in a person's overall health.  This course teaches basic principles on using whole foods that are essential for maintaining optimum wellness. Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis.   This workshop series is limited to 10 people, so please call or e-mail to register as soon as possible!  

Home Massage Techniques I

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:  $35.00 per person

Continental breakfast provided.

This class will teach you the basics about how and where muscles tend to cramp up and techniques you can use at home to help relieve the pain associated with them.  The areas of focus for this class will be the neck and back.  Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis, so please call or email to register as soon as possible.

Reiki II Class

Prerequisite:  Reiki I Certification
