Description: This course is an introduction into the fundamentals of craniosacral therapy, including the assessment of the body via the craniosacral rhythm and full-body treatment protocol. At the completion of this course, students will be able to practice level 1 CST techniques with their patients. All books and materials are provided, and therapy tables are already on the premises. Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch.

Craniosacral Therapy Biomechanical Level 2

Description: This course is a continuation of biomechanical techniques. It encompasses the assessment and treatment protocols for the structures of the cranium as well as the soft tissue and fluid within. Students are required to take CST Biomechanical Level 1 as a prerequisite. At the completion of this course, students will be able to practice level 2 CST techniques with their patients. All books and materials are provided, and therapy tables are already on the premises. Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch.

Craniosacral Therapy Biomechanical Level 3

Description: This course is a continuation of biomechanical techniques. It encompasses the assessment and treatment protocols for the structures of the face and jaw and includes intra-oral work. Students are required to take CST Biomechanical Levels 1 and 2 as prerequisites. At the completion of this course, students will be able to practice level 3 CST techniques with their patients. All books and materials are provided, including facial masks and latex-free gloves. Therapy tables are already on the premises. Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch.

Craniosacral Therapy Biodynamics Level 1
Dates: August 15 & 16, 2026
Time: 9am-5pm both days

Prerequisites: Students must have completed Biomechanical classes 1-3 at Heiwa Center or the equivalent
through Upledger Institute.
Description: This course is an introduction into the fundamentals of biodynamic work within the craniosacral
system, including the assessment of the fluid within the body and techniques designed to release restrictions
within the fluid and the body's structures. Stages of fetal development will also be studied as it relates to trauma in the womb.
This work requires some training done within a body of water. Bringing proper swimwear and towel is required.
Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch.

About the Instructor
Cherie Weber, M.Ed., LMT, CST
Some of you may already know me, since you may have had me as your instructor at Stark State College. If so, you know that I have been a teacher for many years, whether in a middle school classroom or teaching massage therapy at Stark State. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2005, and own Heiwa Center, a holistic wellness center in Mineral City, Ohio, where I have been practicing for the past 20 years. I completed my certification in craniosacral therapy in 2013, and it has become a major influence in the way I practice bodywork today.
My CST certification came from Ken DiPersio (KJD Therapy), who practices in Tampa, Florida. Ken was an early student and teacher for the Upledger Institute. He had the privilege of training with John Upledger Sr., who is considered to be the “father of craniosacral therapy.” Ken later left his position at Upledger Institute to teach on his own as he went on to study Biodynamics with Michael Shea.
Ken Dipersio could not offer his students Upledger credentials after leaving Upledger Institute, and therefore neither can I. However, Ken served as a knowledgeable, passionate teacher of this work and it is my intention to do the same. My goal as your instructor is to teach you what I have learned about craniosacral therapy so that you, too, can expand your knowledge and deepen your understanding of this type of bodywork and be able to use it in your own practice.
